TONL v1 fixture assumptions

These fixtures define Mercury Toolbox's Rust-native TONL v1 surface for tests and examples.

The representation is JSON-backed and line-oriented:

  • A document object is written as key = <JSON value> per non-empty line.
  • Record streams are separated by ---.
  • Lines beginning with # are comments.
  • Values after = must be valid JSON literals, arrays, or objects.
  • Non-object root values are represented by the reserved $ = <JSON value> key.

This keeps TONL deterministic, streamable, and easy to convert to and from JSON or JSONL without a Node/TypeScript runtime.
